Public Invited to March 14 Open House
CAMPBELL – In a move to make the Senate District 15 staff easier to reach for constituents, Senator Jim Beall announced today he is opening a new office in Campbell.
“I chose this new office because it is centrally located and has two key advantages – free parking and convenient access for people with disabilities,’’ Beall said. “My priority is to help the people I represent and I want to make it as simple as possible for them to visit my district office.’’
The office is located at 2105 S. Bascom, Ave., Suite 154, inside the Lincoln Court building, about a block south of the Pruneyard Shopping Center. The district office phone number is (408) 558-1291.
Beall invites the public to attend an open house at the office on March 14, Thursday; 4-6:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
“Everyone’s welcome,’’ Beall said. “The open house is a good opportunity to personally meet me, my staff, and to learn more about the role of our office in the community; how we can help people with their problems or questions regarding state government agencies and policies.’’
The Senate District 15 represents 930,000 people , The district stretches from the Santa Clara-Stanislaus counties border west to Cupertino to include San Jose, Campbell, Saratoga, Los Gatos, and Monte Sereno.
Beall said he will also maintain a satellite office in downtown San Jose – 100 Paseo De San Antonio, Suite 209 – as a convenient meeting place for residents who live and work in East San Jose, downtown, and other nearby neighborhoods.
