“Leno’s Law” to Protect Classic Cars Passes Senate Transportation Committee

Today, Senator Sharron Grove (R–Bakersfield) proudly announced that Senate Bill 712, also known as Leno’s Law, has passed out of the Senate Transportation Committee with bipartisan support.
