State Senator Dave Cortese To Hold Public Hearing in San Jose Over Traffic Safety Concerns On Saratoga Avenue Related to the City’s Vision Zero Plan

WHAT: To ensure that a group of residents’ safety concerns are heard by the City of San Jose about roadway changes made to turn lanes, bike lanes and other safety issues connected to the Saratoga Avenue Traffic Safety Project under the city’s Vision Zero plan, state Senator Dave Cortese & San Jose City Councilwoman Rosemary Kamei  will hold a community meeting to collect feedback to give to San Jose’s Department of Transportation. Cortese is the chair of the Senate Transportation Committee and represents the area of concern.
