Each year, Senator Dave Cortese hosts his annual Unhoused Health Fair which aims to provide a variety of health-related resources and services to an estimated 450-500 individuals experiencing homelessness. 

This year’s Unhoused Health Fair will be held on Friday, February 27th, 2026 from 9AM-1PM at the Valley Health Center – Downtown Urgent Care Clinic’s Parking Lot located at 777 E. Santa Clara Street, San Jose, CA.

California State Senator Dave Cortese invites Senate District 15 residents to his 3rd Annual Picnic by the Lake: A Multicultural Festival and Legislative Resource Fair! Picnic by the Lake will take place on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 from 10 AM to 3 PM at Hellyer County Park located at 985 Hellyer Avenue in San Jose, CA.

Join Senator Dave Cortese at his 2025 Virtual Legislative Update Town Hall on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, from 6:00-7:30 PM!

This town hall will give Senate District 15 residents the opportunity to hear updates on his 15 legislative proposals that made it to the Governor's desk, five of which have already been signed into law. I will also go over budget priorities, and you'll be able to engage with me on key issues facing our community.

Join Silicon Valley’s 22nd Annual Sacramento Bus Trip for Education

Register by May 9, 2025




Each year, the Unhoused Health Fair aims to provide a variety of health-related resources and services to an estimated 450-500 individuals experiencing homelessness. The fair offers free dental screenings, vision screenings, HIV screenings, Substance Use Treatment Harm Reduction services, bike repairs, flu shots, and a warm breakfast and lunch to those who attend. Additionally, we have over 41 providers representing the nonprofit sector as well as city, county, and state agencies and departments sharing additional information, resources, and services.
